Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 5 business days, or less whenever possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States) We ship to all 48 contiguous states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Free standard shipping on orders $60 and over.

Alaska & Hawaii We ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to these locations.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO) We ship to military addresses via USPS at standard domestic rates. Free shipping applies to APO/FPO orders over $60.

Delivery Times Delivery estimates are provided by USPS at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@leopardgoods.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping delays or delivery issues are outside of our control. However, we’re happy to help you track down a package if something goes wrong.
